There is no return policy, which means if you have any problems such as broken item during shipping please contact me as soon as you unbox it and take as many photos as possible. Also do not throw away any packing materials if you want a return/replacement with a comparable item .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be broken beyond use. Photo documentation is required to help expedite the return process and to find solutions for the cause of the return.

To start a return, you can contact me at rainydaystudiollc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
